👋 Hi, I’m Vignesh - a product and ops-oriented generalist with a builder’s bias and a big love for getting things moving.
Over the last few years, I’ve worked at the intersection of product, ops, and people, whether it’s building a talent referral platform that gained 100+ users in under 24 hours, co-leading Asia’s largest multichain Web3 hackathon, or running zero-churn ops for SaaS clients doing $12K MRR.
I’ve been a founding team member (twice!), an ops lead, a product manager, and even a mentor to junior engineers back in my enterprise tech days. Along the way, I’ve helped teams ship faster, grow stronger, and work better together.
