I'm Vignesh – an Engineer by education who has ventured across diverse industries and functions throughout my career. While you might have already glimpsed my resume, here's a quick journey through my professional evolution:

• My path began as a Software Engineer at a Banking SaaS firm, where I managed Private Wealth Management Software end-to-end.
• The entrepreneurial bug bit me, leading me to pursue Stoa's flagship MBA. This opened doors to Instaraise (Unibase Labs), where I stepped in as their Founding Product Manager
• My next adventure took me to 1990 Labs, India's pioneering UX Research agency. There, I consulted on some of the world's leading Financial and Educational applications.
• Driven by a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, I joined TheSocials, helping companies build stellar teams.
• The Web3 bug has been a constant thread in my journey (funny how that works!). I have since been consulting Crowwd Labs as well in their effort to bring marketing and community-building efforts to some of the largest products in the industry.

But there's more to me than my professional pursuits! I'm a classically trained singer, mridangam artist, published author, and enthusiastic food connoisseur. What truly fascinates me is understanding human behavior – the 'why' behind our actions. I'm always eager to connect, learn, and help in whatever way I can.
